In the list of services we will also show available integrations. We want a developer to be able to enable these integrations

When the icon is clicked next to an available integration in the list of services, it should create an alert asking if they want to enable the integration. If they click ok, it should call out to the CLI to create the integration and give notifications back on how it is going.
