WHAT

The admin UI will be its own custom resource, a new custom resource definition needs to be created for this. This needs to specify all parameters needed for the UI. The URL for the Go server could be a part of this.

WHY

Without a CRD, our admin UI will not be a custom resource in Kubernetes.
