The 'AeroGearGCMPushRegistrar' class needs FCM changes
1) rename to reflect the FCM usage
2) the 'GcmPubSub' functionality is now part of 'FirebaseMessaging', and does have more fluent APIs to (un)subscribe from/to a topic.
