Where is the conflict in the screenshot attached here? Note that in the image attached:
- we see 45% as average uptime
- Also, we can check in the graph the period where it was up and the period where it was down. (See the green line and bars)
*I found the issue. The misunderstanding here is because the graph is NOT implemented as it should be. I mean as it was done for the other operators as well. Note that attached here is the graph dashboard of the operator one because of this the title is "MDC Operator" (unless it was changed) and we should have another dashboard which will be "MDC Service" as it is done for all others operators (UPS and MSS).*
So, here we should close this JIRA and open a new one for we impl the Graphana Dashboard for the Service which was not implemented at all. I am tracking a new task for we do that.
