With the current version, the `binding panel` gets closed as soon as any binding on any other application is done. In an environment where many users creates binding on different application, this would become a big problem since the binding panel would keep on closing suddenly, potentially blocking the user from creating the binding. For this reason, I'm going to rise this issue to `major`.
