We want to deprecate ag-ios-cookbook 1.6.x branch.

Move https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-ios-cookbook/tree/1.6.x/PasswordManager
to master branch, some work need to be dependent not on AG 1.6.1 but on ag-ios-crypto. Encrypted storage can be achieved in plist.

2 versions of the demo app: one in Objc and one in Swift. It's important to see if we have issues with common crypto.
