It is working in the testing cluster without any change in the project/files. Checked today here https://prometheus-route-middleware-monitoring.apps.mdsdemo-710a.openshiftworkshop.com/alerts ( after the latest installation ). Also, I attached the image for we track that it is working now.
So, it definitely is an issue caused by the scenario faced at INTLY-2810. I am closing this one in this way.
