Closing this task temporarily as there is sizeable refactoring work on the architecture of the ui code, so does not make sense to continue this task yet as most additional tests added will need to be refactored again.

(All additional tests added up to this point in the attached PR have been approved and merged).

As per discussion with David Ffrench I will reach out internally to confirm best practices re React UI tests, as investigation conducted as part of this task has seen approaches taken towards testing can be quite mixed when reviewing test coverage in other repos such as the MDC, the Integr8ly web app, and other React projects on github.
