Matthias Wessendorf I think Erik Jan de Wit only use the "new" format for a test case (https://github.com/edewit/aerogear-unifiedpush-server/blob/api-versioning/jaxrs/src/test/resources/new-message-format.json) and AFAIK nothing has been yet implemented around the new format).
