When The scenario is when the app is in the background (app not closed) and a notification is received. If the user clicks on the notification, the foreground flag is false. This occurs using the plugin from the master branch on GitHub. Seems like the foreground flag should be true since the user is going back into the app due to this notification. The app gets two notifications which is fine. The first on one is from the notification coming in (foreground=false). This is expected. However, when the user clicks the notification, I would expect the second notification to come thru with foreground=true.
