Currently I believe the vert.x gateway listens on all interfaces (0.0.0.0).  For example:

If you need a way to ONLY listen on a particular host, then I think that needs to be a code change.  If that's the case, submit a ticket:

https://issues.jboss.org/projects/APIMAN/issues

Or submit a pull request!  It's a pretty simple change. :)
