- understanding of JSR 168 and 286
- ~5 years computer software experience in a production software environment
- Hibernate, Spring, mysql expertise nice to have
- Agile/Scrum experience nice to have
- Expertise with SVN, Eclipse, JBoss rules, JBoss bpm nice to have
- familiarity with flash, flex is a plus
