Looks good bit maybe we should keep things split: accessing an instance in its scope is "easy" - ie all impl can do it - but copying an instance is hard cause this instance can expect to be finished/no more usable.
Just dont want to have a blocker on first part cause of the second. Can 561 become the second and 10 stay the first maybe?
