CDI-129 (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/CDI-129) is one of the most discussed tickets. To sum up all the discussion, main subjects dealt in this ticket are

- Visibility of beans in an EAR

- Isolation of extensions

The goal here is to set rules at spec level for @ApplicationScoped beans in EAR (war or jar).
