Just because he's listed to support it means nothing. AFAIK he was in one of the prior JSRs like Jigsaw that went dormant eventually. And he officially was in the EG of JSR 354 because he used to work for Square and they seemed interested in financial services, but he never contributed anything (Anatole also considered re-allocating him to Observer due to that)
