Attached patch that allows JcrRepository.login to accept instances of SimpleCredentials.
I have tested this locally using IDTrust as the JAAS implementation, but as the version of
Xalan in IDTrust causes a 8 regressions in the JR TCK, I've not included IDTrust
integration with the patch.

DNA security is currently based on JAAS concepts, but DNA does not ship with any type of
JAAS implementation for use outside of an existing server that could somehow pass
Credentials into DNA.
