Created a branch in svn for this eclipse plugin-in project. The plugin.xml is pretty much
done with extensions for the object contributions for publishing and unpublishings. These
extensions turn into the right-click context menu items. Also have a view extension for
the server view. Added a JAR dependency to Jettison JSON library. Using the Eclipse NLS
way of I18n.
Still need to create icons for server, repository, and workspace. Also need to implement a
way to obtain images from the plugin.

Unlike other DNA projects, this project will be built using an Eclipse IDE or Ant tasks,
and not using Maven, unless we can figure out some way to maintain the Eclipse manifest,
build.properties, plugin.xml, etc. in the Maven world.
