filesystem source doesn't appear on federate source projection

When I create a filesystem source I can access its contents using the graph api. But the
same content doesn't appear on a federated source with the filesystem source on a
projection path. I used the same logic on the docs/examples/repository project
configuration, just adding the /tmp to a filesystem source. I've tested the same
scenario using the JAAS configuration. The test case and configuration file is here:

There appears to be several issues.
The first two issues are in the configuration, the "FileSystem" repository
source has an extra "defaultWorkspaceName" property that is not required and is
actually not used. This doesn't cause a problem, but having it does make the second
problem more difficult to spot. So, if we remove this unnecessary property, remove the
trailing '/' from the workspace name (for clarity), and make sure we don't
create additional workspaces, the repository source definition becomes:

When I create a filesystem source I can access its contents using the graph api. But the
same content doesn't appear on a federated source with the filesystem source on a
