One very minor nit: maybe change the example in the JavaDoc so that the configuration file name denotes a configuration for multiple repositories, and that it doesn't use the 'tck' in the config file path. I will attempt to write the section for the Reference Guide, but would appreciate feedback when I commit it. I'm currently working on updating the Reference Guide for 0.7 (DNA-621), but I hope to be committing some changes very soon.
