The JcrTckTest in dna-jcr is missing two test cases that are part of the JCR 1.0 TCK test
suite (and in the dna-jcr-tck module): ElementTest and XPathLevelTwoTest. Additionally,
the dna-jcr-tck tests has some SQL tests misclassified as Level 1 compliance tests.
