The Zip sequencer extracts the content of zipped files into the repository by creating
nt:folder and nt:file nodes for each of the files. The generated nodes are missing a few
required properties (e.g., the nt:file node doesn't have a jcr:primaryType, the
nt:resource node doesn't have jcr:encoding, jcr:mimeType, or jcr:lastModified).
