I think this is simply because the queries get translated into SQL that uses aliases. I think there is a straightforward fix, though I need to write some additional tests. So I'm leaving the target to 0.7 for now. However, if this consumes too much time, it is okay to push to 1.0 since this issue only affects XPath queries with ORDER BY clauses.
