Attached patch that corrects namespaces from dna: and dnatest: to mode: and mode:test.
Also changes a few test classes from Dna* to ModeShape* and changes the default JAAS realm
from dna-jcr to modeshape-jcr.
All integration tests pass from the command line, although the JDBC metadata connector
test is no longer loading its custom node types when I run it from Eclipse.
