Sergiy Litsenko commented on DNA-246:
-------------------------------------
I was thinking about that too but it looks like joda-time library may have similar problem
-
http://joda-time.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/joda-time/trunk/JodaTime/src/...
public static DateTimeZone forTimeZone(TimeZone zone) {
String convId = getConvertedId(zone.getID());
....
}
private static synchronized String getConvertedId(String id) {
if (map == null) {
// Backwards compatibility with TimeZone.
map = new HashMap();
map.put("GMT", "UTC");
...
map.put("EST", "America/New_York");
}
return (String) map.get(id);
}
Unfortunately, "EST" is not NY specific - it's also Australian Eastern
Standard Time.
Anyway, I'll take a look at joda-time source code -may be we can find simple
solution.
org.jboss.dna.common.util.DateUtilTest failed with jdk1.5.0_16 and
jdk1.6.0_10
