Corrected the faulty sections in the Reference Guide, and added a bit more detail to the
same sections.
However, JcrNodeTypeManager doesn't appear to have a way to register node types with a
CndNodeTypeSource. We should add a method that delegates to the existing (package-level)
method on RepositoryNodeTypeManager.
