The sources are in https://github.com/forge/forge-service.
I am running on Wildfly 9.0.2.Final. Just deploy the https://github.com/forge/forge-service/tree/master/web project.

You might need to change https://github.com/forge/forge-service/blob/master/core/src/main/java/org/jboss/forge/service/main/ForgeInitializer.java#L41 to point to a valid Forge installation.
