I believe you're referring to http://arquillian.org/guides/get_started_faster_with_forge/
Apparently the Forge Arquillian plugin has changed but we forgot to change this tutorial.

Could you please open a JIRA in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/FORGEPLUGINS with this information ?
