That is correct. You wouldn't have scaffold/continent/*.xhtml in your app if you hadn't run scaffold from-entity. However, you *also* should have
navigation links. I don't know how that's happened.
Could you please try again with the latest snapshot, either to reproduce the problem or see if you get navigation links this time?
