We should also revisit your plugin's architecture so that we can get it listed in the Central Plugin Index :) Is this something you'd be willing to think about? It would mean you would no longer need your custom installer.
The SwitchYard plugin is on our plan for the next big Forge push (If you are willing.) George Gastaldi will be working on streamlining the JBoss projects plugins and should be able to help. So we can talk about this at some point in the near future if you'd like to entertain this!

My hope is that the Forge one still plays nicely with the new BPMN 2 editor at Eclipse, but I have seen issues in the past.
