> The following command need a specific class name:
> scaffold-generate --targets org.forge.samples.javaee.entities.Author
> There should be an option to specify a package such as:
> scaffold-generate --targets org.forge.samples.javaee.entities.*

[JBoss JIRA] (FORGE-1670) JPA Setup Command should allow explicitly overwriting existing persistence units
by Matej Briskar (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/FORGE-1670?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin... ]
Matej Briskar commented on FORGE-1670:
--------------------------------------
I have already prepared the command, but I can't see any simple way to delete/overwrite the persistence unit.
A) Class _PersistenceCommonDescriptor_ (representing the persistence.xml) has only method _removeAllPersistenceUnit()_
B) Class _PersistenceUnitCommon_ (representing one persistence-unit) has only methods to remove child nodes, but not the PU itself.

> JPA Setup should have an "Overwrite" check-box that is enabled only when a name conflict is detected.

[JBoss JIRA] (FORGE-1853) Commands run and touch disappearing after entering a class
by Antonio Goncalves (JIRA)
Antonio Goncalves created FORGE-1853:
----------------------------------------
Summary: Commands run and touch disappearing after entering a class
Key: FORGE-1853
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/FORGE-1853
Project: Forge
Issue Type: Bug
Components: UI - Shell
Affects Versions: 2.6.0.Final
Reporter: Antonio Goncalves
Fix For: 2.x Future
Both commands {{touch}} and {{run}} disapear on completion using TAB when inside a class (entity, CDI bean, java class....). You need to {{cd ..}} to bring it back :
{code}
[temp]$ press TAB the commands touch/run appear
[temp]$ project-new --named test
[test]$ press TAB the commands touch/run appear
[test]$ jpa-new-entity --named Speaker
[Speaker.java] press TAB the commands touch/run have disapeared
[Speaker.java] cd ..
[test]$ press TAB the commands touch/run appear
[model]$ cdi-new-bean --named MyBean
[MyBean.java]$ press TAB the commands touch/run have disapeared
{code}

[JBoss JIRA] (FORGE-1804) Generated code is not properly indented
by Antonio Goncalves (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/FORGE-1804?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin... ]
Antonio Goncalves commented on FORGE-1804:
------------------------------------------
This is weird. I've just downloaded 2.6.0.Final, cleaned all my addons, and I still have this problem. No matter what I generate (entity, java class, CDI stereotype...) I have this problem of indentation.
Nobody else has this problem ?

> *The affected version is 2.5.1-SNAPSHOT*. I noticed a regression in 2.5.1-SNAPSHOT.
> I create an Entity and an EJB :
> {code}
> [temp]$ project-new --named proj251
> [proj251]$ jpa-new-entity --named MyEntity
> [MyEntity.java]$ ejb-new-bean --named MyService
> {code}
> If I run this script in 2.5.0 the generated code is well indented. Here for the entity :
> {code}
> import java.lang.Override;
> @Entity
> public class MyEntity implements Serializable
> {code}
> And for the EJB :
> {code}
> import java.io.Serializable;
> @Stateless
> @LocalBean
> public class MyService implements Serializable
> {code}
> But when I do that with 2.5.1-SNAPSHOT, the class annotation is not right :
> {code}
> import java.lang.Override;@Entity
> public class MyEntity implements Serializable {
> {code}
> And
> {code}
> import java.io.Serializable;@Stateless
> @LocalBean
> public class MyService implements Serializable {
> {code}
> I haven't tried with all the other artifacts, I'm wondering if it's on all the generated code or not
