scaffold setup --scaffoldType faces
scaffold from-entity ~.model.* --scaffoldType faces --overwrite
consider the above forge commands - the first line establishes that I want
"faces" and the 2nd line requires "--scaffoldType faces" - can it not
assume from the first line?
