This would certainly work, but it would be a much slower deployment experience for users.
In the name of consistency, we can do this, but I think we might want to leave the native
forge capability somewhere.

It would better to add this to the maven plugin as an as7 setup step, rather than to use
the as7 deploy command, as it would then align with quickstarts, archetypes etc.
