Nevermind. Just ran it with the latest version and got it reproduced. What I meant is that
I couldn't reproduce it in a test case

If you write a forge script, and one of the commands you execute errors, Forge
doesn't bubble that error up to the console, instead it just exits with the cryptic
{code}***ERROR*** [run] String index out of range: -1{code}
