In this case, I think using System.out.println() would work just fine. As long as your
logger is also printing to STDOUT. However, I don't think this is really encouraged.
The whole point of the Shell is that we can control this through a single API. I'm not
sure this is something we should do - unless we create our own category, but before we do
this, I suppose I should ask:
Why do you need this? Maybe there is an alternative, or maybe we actually need it :) but
we should discuss why you want to in the first place.

I have a separate API that publishs his operations on logger messages. I wan't to
reuse that API and would like that this logger messages should appear as shell messages
(debug only when verbose is setted).
Forge could intercept some logger messages (on certain categoy/level) or even provide a
appender so that logger messages should be printed as shell messages
