It would be nice if the AddonManager could ignore installation of some addons (eg: Forge
core addons when executed in Forge).
This behavior should be decoupled from Furnace runtime. One idea is to introduce a
{{Predicate<AddonId>}} in {{AddonManagerImpl}}.
