Hey David,
Thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately I can't seem to reproduce this issue here. Is
it possible that you've customized your ~/.m2/settings.xml or that you're behind a
proxy?
If you've customized the settings, try resetting them to defaults, and if you are
behind a proxy, you'll need to use the forge-proxy configuration:
http://forge.jboss.org/docs/using/configure-proxy.html
I hope this helps,
Please let me know. Thanks.

Unable to build plugins - unable to find
org/eclipse/osgi/3.6.0.v20100517/osgi-3.6.0.v20100517.pom
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: FORGE-1238
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/FORGE-1238
Project: Forge
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 1.4.1.Final
Environment: Linux, based system.
Reporter: David Beer
Maven is unable to resolve the following artifact
org/eclipse/osgi/3.6.0.v20100517/osgi-3.6.0.v20100517.pom
on further investigation it seems the groupid which declares the artifact is wrong. It is
declared as org.eclipse yet should be org.eclipse.osgi.
This means I can't download and build any plugins.
