I don't think that's possible since the QuickAssist API needs to know beforehand
the categories what will be displayed (which are in each UICommand).
UICommand.isEnabled() should be called in a background thread.

UICommands should be added to the Forge Quick-access menu when their isEnabled() method
returns. The menu should not wait for all commands to be inspected before it begins to
display results.
