Done. In addition, the AS7 Plugin has been removed from Forge Core and is now a standalone
plugin that can be found in the repository. This should reduce the barrier to entry for
further enhancements.

It would better to add this to the maven plugin as an as7 setup step, rather than to use
the as7 deploy command, as it would then align with quickstarts, archetypes etc.
