I think what you have implemented is very effective, but I'm not sure about the placement of the search feature where it is currently located. It's a bit confusing to have buttons: "search" next to "create new" on the view-all page. This results in users typing data into the search fields, then clicking "create new" which of course will not have the intended effect. I think we may need to do something to break up those buttons somehow. Perhaps moving the create-new button to a different place on the screen, or even better, make the "create new" button actually take the search values and use them on the create screen. Thoughts?
