All the registration properties and registration policy stuff is missing as you know. You
should be careful there as well as this is more complex than just simply displaying
fields. You need to be able to add new fields dynamically for the registration properties
and some fields shouldn't be displayed in the registration policy behavior based on
state. Again, you should look at the JBP doc (minimally) and play with the old UI to see
the behavior.
