GTNPORTAL-256: Replace the exopackage structure with maven tooling
* Step 1: include exopackage in GateIn to avoid external dependencies
* Same code as exopackage 1.1.0-Beta05 (was in
http://svn.exoplatform.org/projects/utils/exopackage/tags/1.1.0-Beta05 )
