So I'll create a task in jira to re-define the rights on Dashboard "Add
gadget" link (every user should be able to edit its own Dashboard - it
is not managed by admins), ok?

I think it is correct to have the first letter uppercase, but then I
think it would be good to have same values in tooltips in left side menu
as well. Do you agree?
