Looks like typo in PicketLinkIDMServiceImpl() constructor where is APICacheProvider registered 2 times but integration cache 0 times. //Integration cache integrationCache = new IntegrationCache(); integrationCache.setExpiration(expiration); integrationCache.initialize(cache); picketLinkIDMCache.register(apiCacheProvider); // This line causes a bug!
