Chris Laprun commented on GTNPORTAL-1073:
-----------------------------------------
The issue stems from the fact that the DefaultRegistrationPolicy doesn't perform
change the consumer name as given by the consumer. The spec specifies that the consumer
name should be unique and preferably the consumer's URL. WebLogic doesn't provide
a reasonable default and the provided value clashes with JCR naming constraints.
GateIn as producer, Bea as consumer - cant't register
-----------------------------------------------------
Key: GTNPORTAL-1073
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/GTNPORTAL-1073
Project: GateIn Portal
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: WSRP integration
Affects Versions: 3.0.0-GA
Environment: GateIn with remotable portlet (started in lab)
Bea portal at stack3 (
stacks3.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com)
Reporter: Michal Vanco
Assignee: Chris Laprun
Fix For: 3.1.0-GA
Attachments: bea_consumer.log
I'm not able to register consumer in bea workshop with GateIn producer.
I have GateIn with any remotable portlet running in lab (to be able to access it from
stacks3).
When I want to add remote portlet in workshop, I put path to wsdl on GateIn producer,
click Retrieve. I am asked to register -> Register -> fill anything at Producer
handle input -> Register -> error.
In log of GateIn I can see error which is attached.
Could not register consumer named 'Oracle WebLogic Portal, 10.3.2 '
and
javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Illegal path entry: "Oracle WebLogic Portal, 10.3.2
": Illegal path entry: "Oracle WebLogic Portal, 10.3.2 ": Illegal path
entry: "Oracle WebLogic Portal, 10.3.2 "
