Yes, we will display an error-content message such as "This gadget may be deleted
from database or there is database error that prevent to read content of gadget"

Currently, Dashboard only display gadgets existing in Application Registry, if it was
removed from App registry, it'll be hidden in Dashboard page. We should show a content
