Additional configuration property _gatein.jcr.storage.enabled_ was added to control value
storage into lucene index vs. JCR database. It may need to be documented.

Remove the need to configure gatein.jcr.config.type and
gatein.jcr.index.changefilterclass in configuration.properties to enable clustering. Also
it should not be required to pass "-Dexo.configs=cluster" when starting the
server in clustering mode.
