Ken Finnigan commented on GTNPORTAL-3068:
-----------------------------------------
As per
http://docs.jboss.org/weld/reference/1.1.5.Final/en-US/html_single/#d0e1841, I
wouldn't expect a ConversationScoped bean to work unless JSF is also present.
For a JSF/CDI portlet, you would also need to add the filter as per:
https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/PBR32/CDI+Portlet+Development
Conversational scope is not working in CDI portlet
--------------------------------------------------
Key: GTNPORTAL-3068
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-3068
Project: GateIn Portal
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: Java API
Affects Versions: 3.6.0.Beta02
Environment: Fedora 18, GateIn 3.6.0.Beta02, Firefox 21
Reporter: Petr Mensik
Labels: cdi
Attachments: portlet.tar
It seems to that Conversational scope is not working at all together with CDI portlet. I
attached simple example where the Conversational scoped bean is injected into
GenericPortlet which raises org.jboss.weld.context.ContextNotActiveException.
