Bug was introduced in commit 7b9a6b52317a3c4f9cd28f478d0e83f237c85f6d for JavaScript
manager feature. The producedOfferedPortlet is null in this case, causing the NPE.
Assigning to phuong since he'll know if a simple check to avoid NPE is the only thing
needed.
