Gadgets using open-social API do not work if portal is behind an Apache reverse proxy
with SSL enabled. Exception:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://mysite/portal/rest/cs/calendar/getcalendars. Origin
https://mysite is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.
