This is right after the first refresh where only the consumer name and url has been added, there has not been an option to setup registration properties yet. Steps to recreate: 1) start server and add wsrp configuration to a page 2) enter a name for the new consumer and click 'create consumer' The server logs will now display the following error with a stack trace: 10:17:30,936 INFO [AbstractConsumerRegistry] Consumer with id 'testConsumer' created 10:17:31,020 INFO [SOAPServiceFactory] Couldn't access WSDL information.
